Monthly Women's Breathwork Circle: Come be apart of a supportive women’s circle and experience the many benefits of breathwork. When combined with a group of those with shared experiences, we’re able to provide a nurturing and grounding experience filled with authentic connections. Whether you’ve journeyed with breathwork before or this is your first time- bring a mat and some water and come as you are :)
